M.A/M.Sc (Only for batch: Year 2020-21 to Year 2021-22) students of Department of Mathematics, University of Mumbai, Mumbai,
are required to fill up the following STUDENT FEEDBACK FORMS.
All students are required to fill up forms for semester I, II, III, and IV.
All students are required to fill up student feedback forms subjectwise.
It is compulsory to fill up all subjects student feedback form.
For Semester-III and IV optional courses, students are requested to fill up forms for their respected optional courses.
To fill up forms you required to sign in into google account. You can only fill out these forms once. You can use same gmail address for all subject forms.
